Reverend Dr. David M. Midwood, of Byfield, Massachusetts, went to be with the Lord October 3, 2014. Born in Providence, Rhode Island February 10, 1949, David grew up in West Warwick and was a graduate of the University of Rhode Island and Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary, and received his doctorate from Fuller Theological Seminary. David was the Pastor of West Congregational Church in Haverhill from 1975-2000. He is survived by wife Louise (Crocker) Midwood.
