2023-2026 TERM-PRESIDENT
Scott Nice,
Telford, PA

Scott has served as the Senior Pastor of Christ Reformed Church at Indian Creek for 10 years, and 11 years before that in one capacity or another. He has been a long time Board member of the CCCC, wearing several hats, most recently as the Vice President. He is married to his wife, Catharina, and they have four children. His passions are Biblical Peacemaking and Church History.

David McKinley,
Schwenksville, PA

David is the Area Pastor for the
Eastern Pennsylvania region of the 4C’s. He has served the Central Schwenkfelder Church in Lansdale, Pennsylvania since 2002. Originally from Missouri, David and his wife Linda have three children.
2024-2027 TERM-CONTROLLER
PhilPhil Lewis,
Thompson Falls, MT

Owner/operator of Lewis Drilling in Thompson Fall, MT, Phil is an active, layman in his local church. A strong supporter of the CCCC, he has served on the Finance Committee and Executive committee, he is enthusiastically committed to the Irreducible Core and the Seven Guiding Values.
2025-2028 TERM-RECORDING SECRETARY
David Meckley,
Milroy, PA

Welcomed into the CCCC in 2002, David Meckley currently serves as Area Pastor in the Allegheny Fellowship (Western PA) and on the CCCC Board of Directors. He also chairs the Nominations Committee. He retired from parish ministry in January, 2025. He is a graduate of Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary (M. Div., D. Min.) and Penn State University. He and his wife, PeggyAnne, have four children, eight grandchildren, two adorable but naughty Golden Retrievers and a calico cat. He enjoys running, biking, hiking and time with family.

Greg Wilcoxon,
Menno, SD
Now retired, Greg was VP and branch manager of Menno State Bank in Menno, SD for over 20 years. Prior to joining the banking business, Greg had an insurance agency in CA. Greg has served on the Finance Committee for the CCCC, an elder and treasurer at Salem Reformed Church of Menno. In his community he served on the boards of the Menno School District and of the Menno-Olivet Care Center.
STAFF  
CONFERENCE MINISTER
Marc Gauthier,
Lake Elmo, MN
Marc joined the CCCC in 1989. He was ordained at and first served at West Congregational Church in Haverhill, MA under his spiritual father Pastor David Midwood. He was on the CCCC Board of Directors 1997-2000. Marc served as an Army Chaplain for 26 years and then as the CCCC Chaplaincy Endorser from 2018-2023. He served as an international pastoral trainer in Eastern Africa and a Disaster Relief Chaplain with the Billy Graham Rapid Response Team. His previous pastoral role was Pastor of Discipleship and Leadership Development at Lake City Community Church in Lakewood, WA. Marc’s ministry passions are discipleship, leadership development, and spiritual formation.
NE REGIONAL PASTOR
Paul McPheeters,
Malden, MA

Originally from Wilmington, DE, Paul has spent the past 40 years north of Boston as Pastor of Forestdale Community Church. During this time, Paul has served the CCCC’s in various capacities:  as the CCCC area rep, a member of the Guiding Coalition, chair of the Church Multiplication Committee and president of the Board of Directors. Paul sees his calling at the Northeast Regional Pastor a great privilege and is looking forward to helping churches and pastors stay connected with each other in this region.
MIDEAST REGIONAL PASTOR
Tim Dubeau, Pittsburgh, PA
Tim joined the CCCC in 1996 while an M. Div. student at Gordon-Conwell.  While pastoring for nearly twenty years in Salem CT, Tim served for roughly ten years as the Southern New England Area Pastor and Moderator of NECCF (now CCCCNA). A Board member for six years, Tim also chaired/co-chaired the Conference Nominating Committee. In 2023, Tim stepped away after six years as co-coordinator of the Annual Gathering in order to invest more time as Mideast Regional Pastor.  “Since my appointment in 2019, my hearts’ desire is to be used by the Lord to draw pastors and churches together in their understanding and adoption of the CCCC Way of Life.”
NC REGIONAL PASTOR
Ray DeLaurier,
Park Rapids, MN

Ray studied at Western Conservative Baptist Seminary and later received his DMin from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. Ray has served in pastoral ministry since 1991.
It is my desire to minister and serve the pastors and congregations in the North Central region to put into practice the CCCC Way of Life.
WEST REGIONAL PASTOR
Phil Noordmans,
Clovis, CA
Since graduating from Fuller Theological Seminary, Phil has served in a variety of pastoral and teaching roles in the Midwest and California. In 2018 Phil began serving as the Regional Pastor for the western USA. One of his desires is to see clusters of people devoted to prayer in every congregation. Phil and his wife, Teri, live in Clovis, CA.
CHURCH DEVELOPMENT
John Kimball,
Oviedo, FL

John has served the CCCC since 2007 as Director of Church Development. Before that, he served as Vice President, Mid-Atlantic Area Rep and Missions Chairman. John has nearly 30 years pastoral experience with existing churches. He is also lead pastor for Palmwood Church, a CCCC Church in Florida.
CHURCH MULTIPLICATION
Bryan Long,
Buffalo, NY

As the Director of Church Multiplication, Bryan brings enthusiasm and passion to the CCCC ministry of planting new churches to reach this generation. He is the Teaching Pastor at Randall Church in Buffalo NY and has served on the Church Multiplication Committee for over 5 years.
CONFERENCE CARE
Peter Wood,
Trumansburg, NY

Peter brings over 30 years of pastoral experience to this position. He has a M.Div. degree from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary and has been a member of the CCCC since 2007. He has been an active member of the Church Development Team since 2009. This work has given him a greater understanding of the Guiding Values of Healthy Pastors and Healthy Disciple-making Churches.
