OFFICERS

2026-2029 TERM-PRESIDENT David McKinley, Schwenksville, PA He has served the Central Schwenkfelder Church in Lansdale, Pennsylvania since 2002. Originally from Missouri, David and his wife Linda have three children.		2026-2029 TERM- VICE PRESIDENT David Bodanza, Leominster, MA David Bodanza serves as Pastor of Mission of Grace Church in Westborough, Massachusetts, and as an attorney with Bodanza & Bodanza Law Offices in Leominster. For the past 37 years, his legal practice has focused on representing individuals, businesses, churches, denominations, and nonprofit organizations.  David earned his Juris Doctor degree from New England School of Law. He is admitted to the state and federal bars in Massachusetts and New Hampshire and is also admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court. An ordained minister, David earned his Master of Divinity (M.Div.) degree from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. In addition to serving as Vice President of the CCCC, he serves as the denomination’s Stewardship Director.		2024-2027 TERM-CONTROLLER Phil Lewis, Thompson Falls, MT Owner/operator of Lewis Drilling in Thompson Fall, MT, Phil is an active, layman in his local church. A strong supporter of the CCCC, he has served on the Finance Committee and Executive committee, he is enthusiastically committed to the Irreducible Core and the Seven Guiding Values.
2025-2028 TERM-RECORDING SECRETARY David Meckley, Milroy, PA David serves as pastor of St Paul’s Reformed Church in Beavertown, PA. He is a graduate of Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary (M. Div., D. Min.) and Penn State University. He and his wife, PeggyAnne live in a cabin in the woods near Milroy, Pennsylvania. They have four children, eight grandchildren, two adorable but naughty Golden Retrievers and a calico cat. STAFF
CONFERENCE MINISTER Marc Gauthier, Lake Elmo, MN Marc join ed the CCCC in 1989. He was ordained at and first served at West Congregational Church in Haverhill, MA under his spiritual father Pastor David Midwood. He was on the CCCC Board of Directors 1997-2000. Marc served as an Army Chaplain for 26 years and then as the CCCC Chaplaincy Endorser from 2018-2023. He served as an international pastoral trainer in Eastern Africa and a Disaster Relief Chaplain with the Billy Graham Rapid Response Team. His previous pastoral role was Pastor of Discipleship and Leadership Development at Lake City Community Church in Lakewood, WA. Marc’s ministry passions are discipleship, leadership development, and spiritual formation.		NE REGIONAL PASTOR Paul McPheeters, Malden, MA Paul served for 39 years as Pastor of Forestdale Community Church in Malden, MA. During that time, he also served the CCCC’s in various capacities:  as the New England Area Rep, as a member of the Guiding Coalition, as chair of the Church Multiplication Committee, and a term as president of the Board of Directors. Paul sees the calling as the New England Regional Pastor as a great privilege and a wonderful opportunity to nurture healthy, multiplying pastors who will nurture healthy, multiplying churches in the region.		MIDEAST REGIONAL PASTOR Tim Dubeau, Pittsburgh, PA Tim joined the CCCC in 1996 while an M. Div. student at Gordon-Conwell.  While pastoring for nearly twenty years in Salem CT, Tim served for roughly ten years as the Southern New England Area Pastor and Moderator of NECCF (now CCCCNA). A Board member for six years, Tim also chaired/co-chaired the Conference Nominating Committee. In 2023, Tim stepped away after six years as co-coordinator of the Annual Gathering in order to invest more time as Mideast Regional Pastor.  “Since my appointment in 2019, my hearts’ desire is to be used by the Lord to draw pastors and churches together in their understanding and adoption of the CCCC Way of Life.”
NC REGIONAL PASTOR Ray DeLaurier, Park Rapids, MN Ray studied at Western Conservative Baptist Seminary and later received his DMin from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. Ray has served in pastoral ministry since 1991. “It is my desire to minister and serve the pastors and congregations in the North Central region to put into practice the CCCC Way of Life.“		WEST REGIONAL PASTOR Phil Noordmans, Clovis, CA Since graduating from Fuller Theological Seminary, Phil has served in a variety of pastoral and teaching roles in the Midwest and California. In 2018 Phil began serving as the Regional Pastor for the western USA. One of his desires is to see clusters of people devoted to prayer in every congregation. Phil and his wife, Teri, live in Clovis, CA.		CHURCH DEVELOPMENT John Kimball, Oviedo, FL John has served the CCCC since 2007 as Director of Church Development. Before that, he served as Vice President, Mid-Atlantic Area Rep and Missions Chairman. John has nearly 40 years pastoral experience with existing churches. He is also lead pastor for Palmwood Church, a CCCC Church in Florida.
CHURCH MULTIPLICATION Bryan Long, Buffalo, NY As the Director of Church Multiplication, Bryan brings enthusiasm and passion to the CCCC ministry of planting new churches to reach the next generation. He is the Teaching Pastor at Randall Church in Buffalo, NY and an adjunct professor at Elim Bible College.		PASTORAL DEVELOPMENT & CARE Sam Kim, North Andover, MA Sam is currently the Senior Pastor of Intercultural Mission Church, he has served as a chaplain to the Massachusetts State Police; and Emmanuel Gospel Center, a Boston-based mission group, of which he was previously a Board member, and the Director of Consulting and Youth Violence Systems Project. In addition to serving on the CCCC Board of Directors, he was also a Board member of VitalChurch Ministry. Prior to his work in ministry, he was a corporate lawyer and partner of a Boston law firm. Sam also served as a commissioned officer in the U.S. Navy during the Persian Gulf War. Sam has advised and empowered numerous for-profit, non-profit, and ministry organizations through their various transitions. Sam is a graduate of Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary, Cornell Law School, and University of Kansas.		SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR Christa Gauthier,  Lake Elmo, MN Christa was born and raised in Switzerland. She’s been married to Marc since 1988 and is a proud Mimi to a growing number of grandbabies.
MEMBERSHIP & COMMUNICATIONS Kerstin Turner, Woodbury, MN Kerstin has worked in the Home Office since 2021 and manages the communications sent from the Home Office as well as monitoring membership records and the credentials process.  Kerstin is married to TJ, and has two musical teenagers and a dog that keep her busy and laughing. Kerstin is a big hockey and music fan and spends her free time in ice rinks watching her son play winger, or in auditoriums watching her daughter play cello.
