HelmsAlvin Helms, Avon, MN
A CCCC member since 1994, Alvin has served several churches in the Pacific Northwest and California. He is currently the Senior Pastor of Avon Community Church in Avon, MN. Alvin has served as a member and chair of the Lay Ministry Committee and on the CCCC Board of Directors and the Executive Committee.
Scott Nice, Telford, PA

Scott has served in various posts at Christ Reformed Church at Indian Creek, in Telford, PA since 2002, and as the Senior Pastor since 2008. He has a passion for biblical Peacemaking and reconciliation. He’s a graduate of Prairie Bible College, (Bachelor of Arts in Ministry) and is a graduate of the Antioch School of Church Planting and Leadership Development (M. Ministry). Scott has served on the Church Development Committee, as Chairman of the Nomination Committee, and on the Board since 2013.
PhilPhil Lewis, Thompson Falls, MT
Owner/operator of Lewis Drilling in Thompson Fall, MT, Phil is an active, layman in his local church. A strong supporter of the CCCC, he has served on the Finance Committee and Executive committee, he is enthusiastically committed to the Irreducible Core and the Seven Guiding Values.
Susan-webSusan Moody, Chester, VT
Susan found her way to pastoral ministry through  camp ministry, classroom teaching, college ministry and event planning. She loves to use humor to help others learn God’s truth and looks forward to using her creativity, problem solving skills, and event planning expertise as a member of the Board.
Greg Wilcoxon, Menno, SD
Greg is VP and branch manager of Menno State Bank in Menno, SD. He started in the banking business in 2001. Prior to that Greg had an insurance agency in CA. Greg has served on the Finance Committee for the CCCC, an elder and treasurer at Salem Reformed Church of Menno. In his community he served on the boards of the Menno School District and of the Menno-Olivet Care Center.
Ron Hamilton, Woodbury, MN
Ron has served as the CCCC Conference Minister since 2012 and previously worked as the Director of Church Multiplication from 2007 – 2012. He was founding pastor of the Woodbury Community Church in Woodbury, MN where he served for nearly thirty years. He is deeply committed to the development of healthy congregations with a commitment to missional ministry.
Paul McPheeters, Malden, MA
Originally from Wilmington, DE, Paul has spent the past 40 years north of Boston as Pastor of Forestdale Community Church. During this time, Paul has served the CCCC’s in various capacities:  as the CCCC area rep, a member of the Guiding Coalition, chair of the Church Multiplication Committee and president of the Board of Directors. Paul sees his calling at the Northeast Regional Pastor a great privilege and is looking forward to helping churches and pastors stay connected with each other in this region.
Tim Dubeau, Pittsburgh, PA
Tim is Pastor Emeritus of the Congregational Church of Salem, CT. He currently serves on the CCCC Board of Directors and as co-chair of the Annual Gathering Planning Committee. Having served in New England, he observed first hand the impact a regional pastor had on churches and individuals in that region. He desires to see the same foundation established in the Mideast region.
Ray DeLaurier, Minneapolis, MN
Ray studied at Western Conservative Baptist Seminary and later received his DMin from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. He currently pastors First Congregational Church of Kulm, North Dakota.
It is my desire to minister and serve the pastors and congregations in the North Central region to put into practice the CCCC Way of Life.
Phil Noordmans, Clovis, CA
Since graduating from Fuller Theological Seminary, Phil has served in a variety of pastoral and teaching roles in the Midwest and California. In 1997, he received a D.Min. from Fuller. In 2018 Phil heartily agree to train to serve as regional pastor in the West.

John Kimball, Oveido, FL

John has served the CCCC for 8 years as Director of Church Development. Before that, he served as Vice President, Mid-Atlantic Area Rep and Missions Chairman. John has nearly 30 years pastoral experience with existing churches. He is also lead pastor for Palmwood Church, a CCCC Church in Development.
Bryan Long,
Buffalo, NY

Newly appointed as the Director of Church Multiplication, Bryan brings enthusiasm and passion to the CCCC ministry of planting new churches to reach this generation. He is Minister of Discipleship at Randall Church in Buffalo NY and has served on the Church Multiplication Committee for 5 years.
Peter Wood, Trumansburg, NY

Peter brings over 30 years of pastoral experience to this position. He has a M.Div. degree from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary and has been a member of the CCCC since 2007. He has been an active member of the Church Development Team since 2009. This work has given him a greater understanding of the Guiding Values of Healthy Pastors and Healthy Disciple-making Churches.
