To register for on-campus accommodations, simply follow these three steps:
- STEP 1: Click here [ ON-CAMPUS LODGING INSTRUCTIONS PDF ] to view a copy of the complete AG2018 Lodging Registration Instructions (Adobe PDF format), including pricing. Please read the Instructions carefully before registering. As explained therein, your "per person per night" costs for on-campus lodging can be significantly reduced if you coordinate, prior to registering, with others you know who are planning to attend and are looking to stay on-campus, to form a self-arranged group.
- STEP 2: Have one member of your group register for on-campus lodging online by clicking here:

> PLEASE NOTE: Only one member of each self-arranged group can register on behalf of that group.
> During the registration process, you will be asked to provide a $150 deposit to complete your on-campus lodging registration (non-refundable, but transferable; see Lodging Registration Instructions document for details). The remainder of your lodging costs, minus that $150, will be payable upon check-in at the AG2018 Registration Desk on Tuesday, July 31st.
- STEP 3: Sometime after your on-campus lodging registration is complete, you will be contacted by an AG2018 On-Campus Lodging Assistant, either by phone or by email, who will help match an available on-campus Unit to your/your group's specific needs and situation, and to answer any questions you might have.
