The move to fully remote is an operational change only and follows prayerful consideration, research, and approval by the CCCC Board of Directors.
Our Regional Pastors and Directors of Church Multiplication and Development continue to serve right where they are. Our staff will continue to support churches, donors, and ministry partners just as they do today. What’s changing is where some of us work—not the work itself.

Why is CCCC making this change?
When the Home Office building was built in 2007, we had seven employees working there. Now we have three staff on site, two of whom are part-time, leaving the current space underutilized. Additionally, technology has enabled effective collaboration across great distances. After evaluating our operational needs, facility costs, and long-term stewardship, CCCC’s leadership and Board of Directors determined that transitioning to fully remote operations is the best use of ministry resources.
How do I get in touch with Home Office staff?
Our phone number and email addresses will remain the same, so please contact us by either of those two methods.

Will CCCC still have a presence in the St. Paul area?
CCCC will no longer maintain a Home Office in Lake Elmo, MN, but the Conference Minister and our two administrators will continue to work remotely from the St. Paul area.
How will Home Office staff collaborate while working remotely?
Home Office staff have already collaborated successfully through virtual meetings and online tools for several years. The transition formalizes an approach that has already proven effective.
Will CCCC have a physical office in the future?
There are no plans to establish another centralized Home Office location. CCCC will continue to evaluate operational needs as the ministry grows and changes.
