In preparation for printing a 75th anniversary edition, this book, which has long been out-of-print, has been digitalized and is now available as an e-pub. $5.00 is the donation to cover expenses. The new version, a two-volume expanded edition covering our history to the present time, will be released in July 2023 at the 75th Anniversary Annual Gathering.
