University of St Thomas is offering on-campus housing within walking distance of all AG2019 activities.
Room Descriptions
Morrison/Flynn student housing

Flynn and Morrison Halls are air-conditioned apartment-style living with each unit containing four single occupancy sleeping rooms, a kitchenette, two semi-private bathrooms, and living room furniture (Chairs, couch, table). Each sleeping room consists of a twin-size bed, desk, bureau and closet. Kitchenettes do not have utensils but do include a full size refrigerator, microwave oven access to stove, and sink. Bring pac-n-play for infants.
Linen packets:Bed linens (top/bottom sheet, mattress pad, blanket, pillow and pillowcase, bath towels, hand towel, washcloth). Additional/replacement linens can be requested at Koch desk. Beds will not be made. Guests are encouraged to bring personal toiletries, hangers for clothes, an iron. There are laundry facilities on each floor at no cost. Detergent can be purchased at the student union convenience store located in the ASC.

Arriving earlier on July 9? Bags may be stored on the 2nd floor of the Anderson Student Center in a room adjacent to Woulfe Alumni Hall.

Reservation Pricing:
Morrison and Flynn halls: apartment style air conditioned residence halls
If willing to share:
- $66/night - single occupancy
(Couples need to reserve two rooms, but will be assigned adjacent rooms sharing one bathroom.
See the UST reservation site for more information. You may specify who you wish to share with at the end of the reservation process.) - $139/night – families only (7 members max)
Dowling and Ireland halls: traditional residence hall without air conditioning. Typical residence hall, gender specific, common bathroom facilities on floor
- $29/night – single occupancy (You may specify who you wish to share with at the end of the reservation process.)
Total price=(Reservation + $6/per room Housing Bureau fee) + 13.875% St. Paul Lodging tax.
Payment by credit card only. Money held from date of reservation. Lost residence hall cards cost $10 for replacement.
Cancellation policy: The UST retains the $6.00 fee + one night’s registration (plus 13.875% tax). If a single person or a married couple needs a private room or needs ADA support, please contact Margaret on the Housing Bureau link. CCCC beds block held until May 31, 2019. After May 31, beds may still be available, but we cannot guarantee on-campus housing.
